  • Please check the product label and expiry date before using any item.
  • Store products as instructed on the packaging to maintain quality.
  • Cocos Nutrients is not responsible for issues arising from expired or improperly stored products.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of order through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay, UPI, credit/debit cards, etc.).
  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 3-7 working days after confirmation.
  • If a product is out of stock or made to order, additional time may be required for preparation.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service.
  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

5. No Refunds or Replacements

Due to the nature of our products (nutrition, health, and consumable goods), we maintain a strict no-refund and no-replacement policy once an order has been shipped.

Exceptions may apply only in the following rare cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during delivery (with valid proof provided within 24 hours of delivery).

Please note that open or used products will not be accepted for return under any circumstance.

All content on this website — including images, text, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Cocos Nutrients and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cocos Nutrients will not be liable for:

  • Delays or delivery issues caused by courier services or third-party vendors.
