Return & Cancellation Policy
1. Policy Summary
We offer returns and replacements only in cases of missing, damaged, or wrong products.
Since we deal with food, dairy, and other perishable items, we do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference, storage issues after delivery, or change of mind.
All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
2. Cancellations
- Order cancellations are accepted only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted due to the perishable nature of the products.
- For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
3. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product & packaging
- Mandatory unboxing/opening video as proof (required due to perishable and fragile product handling)
After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on product availability.
4. Return / Replacement Eligibility & Procedure
- Due to the nature of food and dairy items, products cannot be returned once opened or used.
- To initiate a return or replacement request, contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with the required proof.
- All return requests will be approved only after review.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Refunds may be delayed if the provided proof is incomplete or unclear.
6. Replacement Processing
- If your replacement request is approved, the new item will be dispatched within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
- If the issue is verified as our fault (wrong, missing, or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:
- Fresh or frozen dairy items
- Perishable food products
- Opened or partially consumed items
- Items without original packaging
